Entrepreneurship skills for University students

Entrepreneurship is the process to create a company. It refers to the organization of a business, all the actions to develop the ideas which will make the company grow to make a profit. It is crucial to have a strong vision of the future of the enterprise and a passion for the sector of activity to do so. The person who conceives the enterprise is named an entrepreneur.
There are different ways to be an entrepreneur, even though it means having several capabilities and qualities to achieve the conception of a society. First of all, an entrepreneur has to be able to think “outside the box”, to be open mind and to be curious: constantly search for bright ideas. Moreover, it requires to have different skills, such as:
- communication,
- branding,
- sales,
- finance,
- business management,
- networking,
- strategic thinking.
Those skills are important to have, to be able to bring to the company new ideas to commercialize, a brand image, business growth, to evaluate the market… It is important to learn and understand the skills of an entrepreneur at an early age.
The European project, ENTER MODE is promoting to higher education teaching and company staff the strength to have about entrepreneurship skills. This innovative project’s main goal is to bring to make the entrepreneurial mindset evolving to give them the possibility to develop their ideas, creativity and create new commercial and social ventures.
It is essential to learn entrepreneurship to create the future of European society. Young learners are the ones in direct link with the future of the societies, to make situations change, to create new products with different and innovative approaches.
